The Client
KKA Auto Glass provides windscreen repair and replacement, and auto glass work across front, rear, side and rooftop glass, for cars, trucks, vans and machinery. The business operates as a mobile service anywhere in Sydney and surrounding areas rather than from a fixed workshop.
That model changes what the website has to do. There is no showroom to visit, so the site is the shopfront, and the phone number is the product.
The Brief
Build a site for people who are, in most cases, standing next to a damaged vehicle. The job is to establish within seconds that KKA does this work, comes to you, and can be called right now.
Everything else — service detail, portfolio, background — has to be available without ever getting between an urgent visitor and the phone number.

Phone-first conversion path
The contact number is prominent from the first screen and stays reachable throughout, because for a mobile emergency service a tap-to-call is the conversion, not a contact form.
